Job Description

We are seeking a resourceful, self-motivated ACCOUNTING/CASH SPECIALIST to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to prioritize, handle high volume, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.  THIS ROLE IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF DENVER TECH CENTER.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Ensure our cash in bank account matches the figures with the account ledger
• Execute routine month-end accounting functions (recording of accruals, balance sheet account reconciliations, correcting journal entries etc.).
• Research variances as needed
• Work on special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ of accounting experience working in a fast-paced enviornment
• Experience using financial systems such as Oracle, Peoplesoft and/or Coupa 
• Microsoft office (Excel skills a must)
• Strong communication skills 
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team 
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts related Accounts Payable
