    SUMMARY:

    This position will manage and direct all Finance Section activities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Set Finance Section Level Hoshin Kanri targets.
    • Report timely & accurate financial position to company's management group and shareholders.
    • Present timely & accurate financial information to tax advisors for proper presentation to federal and
    • state taxation authorities
    • Prepare monthly and bi-annual financial statements and related reports
    • Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliations and consolidated reporting package
    • Prepare fiscal year fund/cash flow plan
    • Manage banking and financing activities
    • Responsible for management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
    • Management and maintenance of the fixed asset accounting system.
    • Responsible for preparation of the annual profit plan and budget.
    • Assess and explain monthly results against plan to management.
    • Responsible for Accounts Payable, which will include entering all invoices into the Oracle Accounting.
    • Responsible for the completion of Accounts Receivable, which may include issuing sales invoices.
    • Responsible for the daily review of the EDI and E-Payment websites and resolving any issues.
    • and preparing monthly intercompany Sales Summaries.
    • Responsible for the administration of the Purchase Order process, including recording all Pos.
    • issued, matching packing slips with POs, and obtaining approvals for payment.
    • Trouble shoot system errors with the IT department and Oracle.
    • Ensure quality and secure backups of all financial information and data.
    • Review payroll register and summarize data and prepare general ledger payroll entries.
    • Manage the purchasing of office supplies.
    • Assist manufacturing and production engineering with purchase of machinery.
    • Assist HR department with management and administration of State Grants.
    • Manage and lead physical inventory twice a year.
    • Responsible for the recording of new fixed asset purchases in FAS and with monthly reconciliation
    • of asset balances between Oracle and FAS.
    • Review all other appropriate ledgers, spreadsheets and records, as required.
    • Responsible for research needed to resolve routine accounting problems.
    • Perform other reasonably related tasks within the Company as required by Management.
    • Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supervise Finance Section Members (3-4 team members)

    QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
    • 5 years of prior applicable experience in Accounting field
    • Oracle experience desired
    • CPA or CMA preferred
    • Two years management experience required
    • Electronics experience desired
    • Automotive experience preferred but not required
    • Valid passport required for travel

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Work will be performed in an office setting. Lighting, temperature and working conditions are all within acceptable ranges
