We specialize in distressed single-family houses, multifamily properties, and apartments. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to join our team. This position requires a person with proactive problem solving, decision-making skills, and an initiative to work independently in a detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional financial reporting and communication skills, solid bookkeeping procedures knowledge, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Manage incoming payments and deposit received funds • Daily cash, outgoing check, wire and financial transaction management • Inter-company settlements and real estate transaction management • Independent contractor and investor interest payment management • Employee payroll and sales commission payment management • Bank fee and credit card expense management • Manage formal reports and company bank statements • Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and expense auditing • Ensure proper accounting and tax methodologies are being followed in all departments • Finance systems and process management and optimization • Protection of funds from any potential misuse Target Background • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar • Proven work experience as a finance administrator or similar • Practical experience with accounting software (such as QuickBooks Online), and spreadsheets (such as MS Excel and Google Sheets) Compensation commensurate based on experience If this sounds like you, then follow this link to complete a brief survey and upload your resume:
