    We're searching for a diligent Office Assistant to provide administrative support. You will be responsible for email, document, and calendar management as well as meeting note-taking. You will occasionally assist with HR functions. Applicants should be proficient in English and be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Responsibilities: • Should be able to learn the Company’s way of doing things [Administration Manual] • Should be able to organize and manage work schedules • Reviewing Drafting of Email(s) as needed by and for the Company and self, as needed • Arrangement of assignment • Label all Documents received • Assist in any administrative tasks assigned by seniors Qualifications: • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • High school diploma or GED required • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers • MBA/BBA or any other relevant qualification • Experience: Fresh-1 year Compensation: $31,500 yearly
