Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions • Ensure timely recording of revenue, expenses, and other financial activities • Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable Tax Returns Preparation: • Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations • Review financial documents to identify tax deductions, credits, and liabilities • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance Auditing: • Conduct internal audits to assess financial controls and procedures • Prepare audit schedules and documentation for external auditors • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions IRS Audit Safeguard: • Implement FIRM (Financial Integrity, Record-keeping, and Monitoring) methods to safeguard against IRS audits • Maintain meticulous records and documentation to support tax positions • Coordinate with legal counsel and tax experts to address audit inquiries Quarterly and Annual Financial and Tax Preparations: • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements • Compile live data using FIRM methods for accurate financial reporting • Assist in tax planning and forecasting to optimize financial performance Qualifications: • Relevant knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is vital • Program proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is preferred • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field • MBA/ACCA [Inter]/CMA[Inter] • Minimum 3 years of Accounting Experience Software to be familiar with: • Excel [Advance Level] • QuickBooks [Must know how to use it] • Zoho [Could be a plus point] Compensation: $200 - $300 per month
