The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to comprehend US English at a high level. You will be responsible for leading our accounting team in a newly pioneered method of accounting for accuracy, training, and mentoring team members. We offer large incentives and bonuses for leaders after probation (90-180) days Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of accountants • Train and mentor team members on US accounting and bookkeeping principles • Implement and maintain our new accounting method for accuracy • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies • Analyze financial data and provide insights for business growth • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts • Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and regulations Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in US accounting and bookkeeping • Strong understanding of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to comprehend English at a high level (written and spoken) • Proven track record of managing teams and leading projects • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Ability to finish projects without delays • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Compensation: $400 monthly
