CONTENT CREATION & DATA CURATION – DATA SPECIALIST

PROJECT OVERVIEW

This position is about creating computer based training for an aviation air carrier company providing drone delivery services.

TOP DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Create and Update training content

· Production of video and audio content for lessons

· Explore new learning media tools and methods

· Create training reports and manage training and certification data for decision makers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5+ years of relevant experience in the following:

· Experience in eLearning Tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise, Adobe Prime)

· Experience developing courses using prescriptive instructional design models

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Basic audio and video editing skills

· Experience developing training for highly-technical subject areas

· Experience in developing training content and capturing essential report data (SCORM) compliant at a minimum

· Ability to analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design

· Ability to build interactive, compelling courses using Articulate/RISE and Adobe Captivate

· Ability to create exercises, activities, and work aids that support and enhance the learning process

· Excellent written and oral communications in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Simulation and automation experience a big plus

· Experience with Adobe Captivate Prime LMS a plus

· Web content creation experience

· Experience with C#, Javascript, and/or Python a plus, but not a requirement

· Previous experience with UAS

· Experience working in a growth oriented startup culture

· Driven, self-starter and problem solver

· An interest in aviation, drones, and the future of eCommerce
