COMPENSATION: $12-15/hr based on relevant experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

AKT is looking for a fast-learning, detail-oriented and positive new member to our account management team.

We are an entertainment merchandising company who produces custom merchandise and online stores that powering hundreds of musicians, internet personalities and brands.

JOB DUTIES:

• Coordinate necessary steps to fulfill our clients' merchandising needs
• Generate quotes and estimates in close collaboration with sales reps and clients
• • Maintain regularly scheduled communication with account rep or with the vendor directly.
• Monitor vendor inventory on a schedule (new products, slow-moving products and need for re-stocks)
• Work closely with department leads to ensure timely fulfillment of various client services
• Create necessary re-stock orders for approval for both touring merchandise and e-commerce stock
• Oversee store set-up process
• Troubleshoot various administrative issues across departments

• Impressive oral and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Customer service experience
