$60,000 is the minimum starting salary during training. Role and Responsibilities

Facilitates all aspects of the sales process including identifying new opportunities, cultivating current clients, closing new sales opportunities, negotiating pricing and providing outstanding customer service and follow-up. Develops a strong command of the ATSCO shop procedures and the transformer repair process and articulates the company’s processes and value proposition to potential customers. Connects and builds rapport / relationships with internal and external customers at all levels.

Will require heavy day travel in and around the Corpus Christi and surrounding South Texas area.

Will require occasional overnight travel to the Houston or San Antonio offices for sales meetings.

Travel to Houston will be more frequent during the first few months of employment, for training purposes.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Multitask efficiently with sales activities, follow-up up and cultivating potential customer leads
• Self-starter, Goal Oriented and Organized
• Demonstrate Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Efficiently and effectively manage own time and schedule
• Ability to pass background check and have a clean driving record
• Five or more years outside sales in industrial, electrical or mechanical field
• MUST HAVE A RELIABLE MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION

PREFERRED

· College degree (Business, Electrical engineering, or other related field)

· Experience with an ERP system such as Global Shop or SAP preferred

Transformer industry experience preferred but not required
