Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Objective: As an Inside Sales Representative with our client, your primary goal is to drive the company’s growth by building strong customer relationships and closing sales. You will be pivotal in solving customers' problems with their solutions and influencing revenue through strategic sales processes.
Key Performance Objectives:
- Sales Development: Within the first 30 days, familiarize yourself with the product line and value proposition. Develop a plan in conjunction with the sales team to identify and prioritize target markets and segments.
- Customer Engagement: By the end of Q1, effectively manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects and existing customers by conducting exploratory conversations and executing follow-up communications to move leads towards closing.
- Achievement of Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by the end of the first 90 days, demonstrating a strong understanding of the customer needs and the ability to match those needs with our product offerings.
- Market Feedback Loop: Provide ongoing feedback to the sales and product development teams about competitors, market conditions, and customer preferences to aid in the continual improvement of our offerings and sales strategies.
- Sales Process Optimization: Within six months, collaborate with the sales team to refine sales techniques and processes to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning and development activities to stay current with industry trends and sales best practices, aiming to become a top performer on the sales team by the end of the first year.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, with a history of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential and existing customers.
- Ability to learn and understand technical products and convey their value to customers.
- Experience with CRM software and sales engagement platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
