Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for districts on all questions -Mostly via Email
- (routing, dispatch, and customer service issues)
- Ensure all change requests, student add on and removals are done in a timely fashion
- Maintain routes as efficiently as possible
- Build quotes and route analysis
- Maintain the accurate calendars setting holidays, early outs or assisting with emergency weather updates
Qualifications/Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience routing school transportation is a plus
- Computer Literacy skills with Excel and Outlook
- Good Verbal and written skills.
- Must communicate effectively through email as most of the correspondence with Districts and coworkers is through email.
- The ability to interact with the client and employees.
- The ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and must be detailed oriented
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Work extra hours during our busy peaks and some holidays
