    If you're new to the workforce and have a passion for the fashion industry, Alexia Admor's Fashion Data Coordinator position is an entry-level role that will give you a front row seat to the industry. Fashion Data Coordinators are tasked with accurately transferring information into our database system. Your responsibilities may include verifying data, updating existing information, entering new information, creating spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a fast and accurate typist with attention to detail and excellent computer skills. It is an intensive role for those with energy, passion and a strong desire to learn and grow in this industry.

    Responsibilities

    Work cross-functionally with the team, aware of deadlines and armed with the assets and information you need to effectively do your job

    You'll schedule and manage calendars, maintain product inventory, facilitate product and imagery requests, fill out retailer-specific attribute forms using Microsoft Excel

    Gain proficiency using our ERP to glean data and make informed decisions

    Become proficient with Drop Ship processes to support our business with major retail accounts

    Use GXS to upload data to support Drop Ship

    Use Shopify to maintain and update data on our website

    Use keyboard, optical scanners, or other office equipment to transfer information into the database system

    Collect information directly from customers and enter information into the database

    Create accurate spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel

    Confirm accuracy of data by comparing to original documents

    Create reports or otherwise retrieve data from database

    Maintain an organized filing system of original documents

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree

    Previous experience in a similar position is preferred

    Typing speed of 45 words per minute with a high level of accuracy

    Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel

    Understanding of databases

    Familiarity with standard office equipment such as fax machines and printers

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    High attention to detail
