    We are searching for a Production Supervisor to join our team at the truss and wall panel plant situated in Markle, IN. As a key player in this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the staff to guarantee that our manufacturing processes and goods meet all necessary standards and regulations. Focusing on ventures such as apartments, senior communities, and hotels, your effectiveness will heavily depend on your outstanding communication, issue-solving, and leadership competencies. Kindly note that this role necessitates on-site presence in Markle, IN, and does not support remote work setups. Responsibilities: • Supervise and facilitate the production process to guarantee that all products pass quality control • Direct and monitor small teams to fulfill high-level productivity and quality standards • Establish and keep an up-to-date production calendar • Constantly strive for production process improvement • Survey production data to detect areas that demand improvement • Monitor safety regulations and protocols • Put in place and manage quality control processes to ensure high-quality standards • Cooperate with other departments to guarantee an efficient and seamless production process Qualifications: • Experience in a manufacturing environment • Demonstrated leadership experience • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Familiarity with production systems • Wood Species Identification: Recognizing different species of wood and understanding their unique characteristics and typical uses • Measurement and Dimensions: Proficiency in measuring lumber, including knowledge of board feet, linear feet, thickness, width, and length • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
