    We are in search of a highly skilled and knowledgeable Quality Control Manager to become part of our team at the wood truss and wall panel manufacturing facility in Markle, Indiana. This role necessitates physical presence at our plant location. Responsibilities: • Implement Quality Control processes and procedures • Conduct regular inspections of wood truss and wall panel manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards • Identify process improvements and develop action plans for implementation • Collaborate with production teams to ensure consistent quality output • Conduct employee training on Quality Control processes and procedures • Conduct brief daily and weekly training meetings with team members Qualifications: • Experience in wood-framed buildings (residential or commercial) • Strong knowledge of wood framing and quality control principles and practices • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership ability • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Wood Species Identification: Recognizing different species of wood and understanding their unique characteristics and typical uses • Measurement and Dimensions: Proficiency in measuring lumber, including knowledge of board feet, linear feet, thickness, width, and length Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
