Responsibilities: • Supervise and facilitate the production process to guarantee that all products pass quality control • Direct and monitor small teams to fulfill high-level productivity and quality standards • Establish and keep an up-to-date production calendar • Constantly strive for production process improvement • Survey production data to detect areas that demand improvement • Monitor safety regulations and protocols • Put in place and manage quality control processes to ensure high-quality standards • Cooperate with other departments to guarantee an efficient and seamless production process Qualifications: • Experience in a manufacturing environment • Demonstrated leadership experience • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Familiarity with production systems • Wood Species Identification: Recognizing different species of wood and understanding their unique characteristics and typical uses • Measurement and Dimensions: Proficiency in measuring lumber, including knowledge of board feet, linear feet, thickness, width, and length Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
