A software design and development company is looking to add dedicated Product Designers (UI/UX) to their team in Chicago, IL. This is a quickly scaling international company with a variety of challenging and compelling projects that offers growth and advancement opportunities in a matrixed management environment. As a member of this team, you will join industry leading Product Managers and Engineers creating world-class digital products for fortune 500 companies across the world.

CORE RESPONSIBILITY

• Drive results for all aspects of digital product design for clients from advising on product vision through ongoing production design including Solution Design, Production Design, and Consulting

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 - 5 years of product design experience
• Proven experience creating research, UX and UI artifacts
• Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD or similar tools 
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into a detailed, technically sound design solution
• Requirements gathering experience and demonstrated problem-solving experience for complex business challenges
• Agile methodology familiarity

PLUSSES 

• Experience designing end-to-end custom software solutions
• Experience using software product delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Working knowledge of Miro or similar whiteboarding tools
• Working knowledge of analytics tools such as FullStory or Mixpanel

THIS POSITION IS BASED IN CHICAGO, IL. We have a hybrid working model requiring 3 days per week in the office and allowing for 2 days per week remote.
