    ALINK Insurance Services is a growing agency looking for an energetic and talented career oriented individual to join our team.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Will be responsible for providing proactive, prompt, accurate, and comprehensive service to new and existing Personal Line clients within the agency. Will need very strong interpersonal and communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of personal line insurance coverage options, demonstrated ability to convey and explain the value of policy coverage versus the price of policy coverage, ability to review and analyze insurance forms, proven ability to juggle competing priorities on a daily basis. Performance will be measured by specific key performance metrics including but not limited to: client retention, policy endorsements, referral business, cross sales, etc.

    PRIMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    · Responsible to enhance client retention by providing professional insurance advice, counsel, and services.

    · Review and analyze policies, endorsements, forms, and rates for accuracy. Recommending coverage or amendments as appropriate

    · Achieve account development, cross sale, client retention, and new business sales targets.

    · Proactively manage and work with existing clients in accordance with agency procedures, quality and service standards.

    · Maintain knowledge of carrier underwriting criteria, rating programs, coverage availability, binding authority, payment plans, underwriting criteria, etc.

    ABILITIES:

    · Must be a team player, be a positive energy person, be self motivated and driven, have a desire to learn and grow.

    · Extremely organized.

    · Effective time management skills.

    · Strong attention to detail, with a thorough knowledge of policy forms, terms and conditions.

    · Ability to be resourceful and exercise judgment in order to problem solve when needed.

    · Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.

    · Ability to set priorities, which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities.

    · Exhibits leadership and a willingness to assist and support team members.

    · Actively supports and incorporates company mission and core values into daily activities.

    · 2+ years of personal insurance experience with active P&C license.

    · Ability to effectively set and manage client expectations.
