Job Title: Compliance and Review Associate
Job Description
Key Duties:
Review transaction documents to ensure compliance, completeness and accuracy.
Provide clear instructions for any necessary corrections to ensure document approval.
Assist agents with understanding and implementing required corrections and guide them on the appropriate documents for correction.
Educate agents on brokerage transaction policies to facilitate proper document submission, review, and approval.
Close out monthly files and verify commission amounts on Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs) and final Closing Disclosures (CDs).
Maintain efficient transaction review timelines to ensure timely processing.
Responding to agents and title company inquiries promptly and professionally.
Identify potential risks and provide solutions to the executive team for corrective action.
Processing Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs) as necessary.
Requirements:
• Must have an “active” Texas real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of real estate processes, contracts, and development transactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions and guidance to agents.
• Familiarity with brokerage transaction policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain organized records and manage transactions review times effectively. • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Proficiency in handling Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs). • Proficiency in LoneWolf Workspace (aka Back Agent), Google Workspace, Excel, and Quickbooks online
