    About the role

    All Options US has ambitious goals as we aim to grow from 7 colleagues to a team of 55 within the next 3 years. We are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner who will play a crucial role realizing these goals and contributes to the success of our organization on an international level.

    As our HR Business partner, you will be an efficient partner by dealing with day-to-day HR matters for our US office. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, demonstrating your ability to empathize and provide pragmatic advise in relation to business issues. Furthermore, you are a key partner for our HR Team in Amsterdam. That means, that you will also be cooperating with your HR colleagues in Amsterdam and can rely on the fundament that already has been built here (policies & procedures, HR information system, etc).

    Responsibilities

    • HR Strategy and Planning
      • Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with business objectives to support organizational growth, aligned with All Options company strategy
    • Recruitment and Selection Policy
      • Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain the best talented professionals in the market
      • Coordinate the international assignment process, global mobility and support business growth and career development where appropriate
    • Compliance and Legislation
      • Ensure our organization complies with labor laws and regulations at an international level
    • Personnel Administration
      • Manage personnel records and ensure accurate payroll administratiion
    • Compensation and Salary Management
      • Develop and manage a fair and competitive compensation program for the US, in alignment with the AO policies & procedures
    • Benefits and Employment Conditions
      • Administer and enhance our benefits package to meet the needs of our diverse employee population
      • An advocate for diverse and inclusive practices and policies
    • Training and Development
      • Identify training needs and facilitate employee growth and development
    • Performance Management
      • Implement an effective performance appraisal system and reward policy, aligned with the EU performance management policy
    • Employee Relations
      • Maintain positive employee relations and assist in resolving disputes and issues.
    • Health and Safety
      • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with international standards

    About you

    We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join an fast growing organization, developing and executing strategic people initiatives that align with the organization's business goals. With a deep understanding of strategic leadership and talent development, recruitment, performance management and L&D, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and success.

    You possess a forward-looking perspective on the labor market, can translate it into a concrete plan to achieve HR objectives, and have the skills to execute this plan. You demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment, able to navigate through ambiguity and make sound decisions. You have a collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared objectives and promote a positive work culture.

    You'll ensure the success of this role because you also bring:

    • Minimum bachelor's degree in HRM or a related field
    • Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a scale-up setting or in a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment. Experience in an international (incl EU) setting is a big plus
    • Excellent understanding of US Employment Law and evidence of practical application.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse cultures
    • Familiarity with HR software and systems
