Realty Masters of FL is seeking a full time, friendly, hardworking CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR for a receptionist position at a fast-paced real estate property management company in Pensacola, Florida.

DESCRIPTION OF CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR
The primary focus for this position is communication and the priority is always on providing excellent customer service. The client care coordinator is the first point of contact, and is responsible for establishing a good rapport with Realty Masters clients and vendors; therefore, must excel in customer service skills and like to communicate and connect with others. The client care coordinator is responsible for making the customer feel welcome and understood at all times. Additionally, the client care coordinator is largely responsible for facilitating the flow of information throughout the office and must thrive in a team atmosphere.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE: Providing overall excellent customer service to clients, prospective clients, and team members. The job consists of assisting clients with their rental and HOA properties as well as helping prospective tenants to find a rental property. This includes a lot of in person customer service as well as communicating over the phone and via email with house hunting, maintenance requests, payments, and the leasing and application process. This position requires patience when dealing with stressed customers and answering a lot of questions!
SECONDARY DUTIES INCLUDE: __ Assisting other team members with overflow work as needed.
This is a full time position with 40 hours weekly. Monday- Friday 8:30 to 5 pm with some Saturdays required. Employer offers insurance assistance and four paid holidays a year. Hiring range is $10-$13 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Our team is comprised of approximately 20 employees and several independent contractors. DETAILED JOB DUTIES OF CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:
a. Provides overall excellent customer service by answering all phones calls when available on the first or second ring and forwarding calls to the appropriate party only when unable to assist the client
b. Checks all voicemails and assimilates information quickly to the appropriate parties. Additionally, checks and responds to all faxes and emails within 4 business hours
c. Ensures detailed messages are taken and accurate information is given to clients and team members and understands the importance of passing on customer feedback to the appropriate party
d. Caters to customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
e. Manages correspondence and develops a professional relationship and rapport with service vendors
a. Believes in and adheres to the principles of Fair Housing
b. Answers questions via email, on the phone and in person about rental properties to help customers locate a suitable rental property
c. Assists customers with getting registered, viewing properties, and applying for a property according to the policies and procedures
d. Shows they are interested and have a desire to help customers find a property to rent
a. Communicates with team members to ensure office supplies and equipment are attended to
b. Filing, scanning, and uploading documents on a routine basis
c. Assists with maintaining vendor records and paying bills as necessary
d. Follows proper key check out procedures to ensure safety
e. Maintains proper records and protects clients’ information by adhering to the Privacy Act
f. Keeps office clean and organized to promote an efficient working environment
SECONDARY DUTIES INCLUDE: Assisting the property managers and supervisors with other duties as assigned and overflow work as necessary.
