Who This is job opportunity is NOT FOR:

Someone who thinks they are moving bones and releasing fascia using precision manual therapy techniques (that model was taught into the 1990's and is so passe)

Someone who thinks quality care means spending one on one time with a patient ( that is a belief system invented by the Physical Therapy schools and expensive certification programs which is simply makes zero sense) in the real world you need to see 3-4 or more per hour with excellent support staff. If you cannot do that because you have no drive or do not want that kind of volume you will not fit here please stop reading and move on... I am serious...

Someone who thinks that they are mobilizing capsules ( agreed only if you are an orthopedic surgeon you are cutting the capsule otherwise you are stimulating the mechanoreceptors as a PT)

Someone who has a closed mind and thinks they know everything and that manual therapy will fix every issue ( here you will learn a strategy of how to assess a pat system is not only for backs and necks...

Someone who cannot hustle and gets tired quickly please please do not apply you will not like our fast paced high volume system.

If you can't work a 11 hour shifts on your feet, with few rest breaks, and see lots of evaluations then this enviornment may not be suited for you. We have a kickass PTA and aide team who can handle the flow with you, but you are expected to stay driven and execute mentally and physically.

Outpatient in network insurance requires seeing volume it is reality. It's a 43 hour week sometimes, 45 hours Mon- Friday. Can you handle that? Really? Are you sure?- OK

You have the desire, drive to succeed and the confidence... you made it this far and still interested

That means you say what you mean and mean what you say. You do realize this is a serious business with no micromanagement. You are accountable to

managing yourself and those metrics that are reported daily. Can you be held accountable. A number will measure your production to keep things

super transparent..

Ideally you have an growth mindset and seek to grow as a manager. With those strengths developed the company can expand and you can too in time..

• Certifications- we will train you in the BEST manual therapy systems out there • Tons of experience with in outpatient PT- you just need to bring a can do do and will do confident attitude we can teach better clinical skills
