Management Analyst III
Description:
Provide Management Analyst III support in the following areas:
• Business Process Improvement and Organizational Assessment
• Communications, outreach, and support for external customers/users
• Program Planning and Management Services
• Standard of Procedure Development, Revisions and Implementation
• System Integration Work
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (a Master of Science is preferable)
Minimum Work Experience 2 Years
Required Skills/Experiences:
• Knowledge of SharePoint, SharePoint Design and development of Dashboards and related tools
• Experience with workforce planning and development
• Experience in business process improvement methodologies
• Experience with organization and diagnosis and intervention techniques
• Experience with human resources modeling, forecasting needs analysis, and succession planning
• Experience in the federal government specifically the NIH
• Project Management experience
• Experience with NBS Travel, SharePoint, POTS, Adobe Applications, Virtual. Meeting Software, Microsoft applications
• Experience in Program Analysis
• Must have strong communication skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain a Public Trust
Work location will be fully remote telework position, but the candidate may be asked to come in on occasions to the Government office in Bethesda, Maryland.
