LVN OR MA ALLERGY/ENT SPECIALISTS OFFICE IN PEARLAND, TX! 

SUMMARY:

To provide quality patient care services to the patients of Allergy & ENT Associates under the direction of physicians/providers and the nursing staff. Supports the goals and the objectives of the Company.

SELECTED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of the physicians/providers and/or nursing staff.
• Follows office policies, procedures, and protocols as appropriate.
• Communicates effectively with other members of the health care team including accurate documentation in patient charts.
• Follows OSHA regulations and the safety guidelines of the Practice.
• Follows HIPAA policies and procedures. Respects and maintains patient confidentiality.
• May Perform specific Job Activities as assigned per office location.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of basic nursing procedures.
• Skilled in completing assigned medical office procedures and tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills to include Microsoft Office, Internet and EPM/EHR.
• Must be self directed and able to work independently.

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited LVN program
• One year medical office experience preferred. Allergy and/or ENT experience a plus.
• Current CPR certification, and LVN license.

NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT.

SOME LOCAL TRAVEL MAY BE NEEDED.
