Job Description
We are seeking a creative and highly-analytical MARKETING CONTENT COORDINATOR who can have an immediate and visible impact on our multi-site, multi-channel business. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for leveraging paid and unpaid digital marketing channels to drive traffic to ALPHAGILITY’s web-stores. Candidates must be energetic, creative, smart, self-starters who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
TELECOMMUTING POLICY: THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE/WORD FROM HOME POSITION WITH THE OPTION TO WORK FROM OUR LEBANON, NJ HEADQUARTERS & PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO AS NEEDED.
THE ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Email marketing/Site content calendar planning across multiple properties with concise organization and execution of supporting graphic design projects
- Ability to interface with internal team & external clients to interpret and execute clear brand vision
- Manage, track, analyze, and optimize all of the following channels:
- Paid search advertising (SEM)
- Organic Channel Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Analyze and optimize all non-paid marketing channels including organic search, direct traffic, inbound links, etc.
- Design and implement website tests, including A/B, multivariate, heat-mapping and the like, to optimize key performance indicators for site visitors
- Utilize in-house and third-party data sources to compile, interpret, and act on weekly and ad hoc KPI reports
THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Experience in and familiarity with all aspects of e-commerce and online marketing
- Proven results leading e-commerce traffic driving and analytical efforts for mid-tier online retailer
- Must have experience developing and executing a cohesive, ROI-driven marketing plan with proven results
- Expertise in the set-up, utilization, and analysis of statistical data using Google Analytics (or equivalent) to identify and react to key visitor trends and data-driven opportunities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly and persuasively present results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years related experience
- Apparel-related experience a plus but not required
