Responsibilities

• Select, hire, and supervise staff in all areas of the business
• Business prospection
• Develop client portfolio
• Manage existing key accounts
• Make business plans
• Monitor operations performance and drive issue resolution as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years' of relevant work experience in Business Management or Sales or Project Management
• Fluent English
• Engineering background required in the aeronautical, automotive or energy sector
• General business skills including budget preparation, business and client prospection, staff development, and recruitment
• Requires reasoning ability, excellent communication skills, proactivity and interpersonal skills.
