Alter Native Retail, one of the fastest-growing names in the world of Holistic Wellness & CBD, is seeking a CBD Sales Representative to join our team!

As a sales associate, you will; welcome customers to our stores, assist and educate them about our range of products, resolve questions, and curate selections to meet their needs.

Alter Native currently operates six locations across Miami Dade & Broward County, with more stores opening each month.

We seek career-minded individuals looking to grow with a company that values promoting its loyal employees. This position offers an hourly pay base with a scaling sales-based commission structure based on daily and weekly sales goals.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Prospect and contact potential customers

Reach and exceed monthly sales targets

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

Perform daily opening and closing duties

Attend events and shows as needed to promote and sell Alter Native Products and locations

Maintain store appearance and inventory

Promote store specials and promotions

Create professional relationships to build brand loyalty

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred

Ability to build rapport with clients

Motivated and driven approach to tasks

Reliable and trustworthy

Strong negotiation skills

Language: English (required), Spanish (preferred)

Must be comfortable selling THC Products along with CBD

Salary: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
