  • Responsibilities


    • Process invoices, accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable.
    • Process bank reconciliations and journal entries.
    • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports.
    • Contribute to larger projects and company goals by working closely with the finance/accounting team.


    • Possess a BS degree in Accounting or an AA degree with a combination of related coursework and experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products; requires high level of proficiency in Excel and Quick Books
    • Have demonstrated competency in use of on-line tools including calendars, PDAs, notebooks, for scheduling and communication, i.e. Slack and Dropbox.
    • Be detailed oriented, organized and ready to multi-task.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work remotely and/or travel to various clients located in Walnut Creek, Berkeley, Pinole, Oakland and San Francisco to support client needs, perform in-house duties, and maintain working relationship.
