Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the tracking and confirmation of all customer shipments, as well as providing on the spot problem resolution for any customer's need. The key responsibilities of this role are to provide clear and concise communication, troubleshoot customer concerns and to proactively monitor the movement of freight to ensure customer satisfaction. Organization and the ability to problem solve is essential to this position.
