About the Inside Sales Representative position
INSIDE SALES IS THE ENGINE ROOM OF AMC.
It all starts here. Making calls to find qualified prospects is the most important job in the company. Adding new profitable managed services clients is the top priority of our thriving business. Marketing, advertising, and referrals are all important, but inside sales is the foundation that a predictable sales engine is built on. Most importantly, you are the first step in impacting a client's business results. The Inside Sales Representative reports directly to the Head of Sales. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and reaching decision makers to show them why meeting with us will give them a better perspective on their technology costs and results. Additionally, you will be responsible for initiating and scheduling first-time appointments and managing the Prospective Client Database. The goal is to have a clear understanding of our message, create an environment where it is appropriate to deliver our message, and generate a defined quality and quantity of appointments.

This role has the wonderful opportunity of talking to business leaders every day, and as such, is the client facing role responsible for growing our purpose as a company: to improve the lives of those we serve with our unique approach to managing IT (Information Technology), by educating clients on the actual cost of IT, and how their organization and employees can benefit from “BUSINESS BUILDING TECHNOLOGY.” All of this is done within the framework of our inside sales methodology.
