Responsibilities
Develop modernization roadmaps and architecture patterns
Coordinate with multi-service teams; evaluate COTS/GOTS options
Prepare technical presentations and decision briefs
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in solution architecture or IT modernization
Experience with MEFPAK/ERC mission sets preferred
