The Medical IT Network & Desktop Support Services project provides full-spectrum IT support, including program governance, cybersecurity, asset management, system engineering, and service desk operations. Additional responsibilities cover telecommunications, mobile device management, modernization initiatives, and patient safety analytics, with all positions contingent upon award and requiring U.S. citizenship and current DoD clearance eligibility.

Summary Provide subject-matter expertise for modernization of IT systems supporting Aeromedical Evacuation; drive capability planning, R&D, and cross-service collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop modernization roadmaps and architecture patterns

• Coordinate with multi-service teams; evaluate COTS/GOTS options

• Prepare technical presentations and decision briefs

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution architecture or IT modernization

• Experience with MEFPAK/ERC mission sets preferred
