The Medical IT Network & Desktop Support Services project provides full-spectrum IT support, including program governance, cybersecurity, asset management, system engineering, and service desk operations. Additional responsibilities cover telecommunications, mobile device management, modernization initiatives, and patient safety analytics, with all positions contingent upon award and requiring U.S. citizenship and current DoD clearance eligibility.

Summary Deliver engineering and lifecycle support for medical IT systems and applications; plan/design/implement solutions; troubleshoot complex issues; support EHR training.

Responsibilities

• Engineer upgrades; manage software lifecycles & release documentation

• Integrate with AF/DHA infrastructure; ensure reliability & performance

• Provide user training and technical currency sessions

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience

• 5+ years in systems/software engineering; strong troubleshooting skills
