Major Outermost Task: Scheduling, Recruiting and On call!
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents.
Plan and schedule staffs, appointments and in services/orientations.
Answer inbound telephone calls during after office hours.
Develop and implement organized filing systems.
Perform all other office tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Homecare office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
