JOB TITLE: Accounting Supervisor CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time REPORTS TO: CEO Department: ACCOUNTNG DEPARTMENT
Ameziel Inc. is a leading e-commerce company that focuses on the manufacturing and selling of Furniture, Home wares, and Pet Products. In 2014 in Ontario, California, we were established and employ a team of 20 focusing on product design, marketing, and logistics. Our furniture brand Vasagle, houseware brand Songmics, and Pet product brand Feandrea cover a wide range of products through online platforms such as Amazon and Wayfair in North America, Europe, and Japan.
Now we are seeking an Accounting Supervisorwho will perform a variety of accounting functions which contribute to the successful operations of our accounting Team.
Specific Responsibilities
· Supervise and guide the accounting staff in daily operations, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
· Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
· Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
· Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
· Coordinate and prepare for audits, collaborating closely with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
· Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
· Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
· Train and mentor junior staff, fostering an environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.
· Assist in tax filling with related department.
Required Qualifications
Intermediate to advanced MS Application knowledge (Word, Excel, Access preferred)
Ability to collaborate effectively with all people from varies levels within the organization
Strong work ethic with commitment to high performance, quality, and service excellence
Ability to work well under pressure and under strict deadlines
Experienced in a fast-paced environment and adjust to shifting priorities
Bilingual: Mandarin and English speaking is required
