    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    Agents Marketing Group is looking for a positive and highly motivated individual to become an integral part of our Service team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to retain and build on a wealth of information related to the Healthcare Industry. Excellent communication, computer and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to dig in and work alongside the other members of the department and with other departments are crucial.

    This role handles incoming customer service issues and processes enrollments & terminations for a variety of clients for a full range of benefits; the right individual will need to be both attentive to the needs of the agents and to the details and documentation involved throughout the process.

    We seek someone who is organized, diligent, responsive, takes initiative, works well independently and with others, maintains a positive attitude, and strives to maintain the company culture.

    WHAT ARE THE DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES?

    To provide the highest quality of account service for our Brokers and exceed their service expectations. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

    • Provide timely responses to the client’s request via email and or phone within a defined timeframe.
    • Provide problem resolution to all client requests regarding enrollment issues, including ordering ID cards, processing enrollment forms, checking enrollment status, etc. 
    • Assist clients with resolutions related to billing, claims issues, and problem-solving upon request
    • Provide status update to the client if unable to resolve the issue fully within a defined timeframe. 
    • Document all service inquiries and requests in Brokerage Builder.
    • Maintain a positive working relationship with members and agents for account retention and growth.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • 2+ years of related experience in the group health benefits or in a professional environment preferred. 
    • HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. 
    •  2-15 Health & Life (Including Annuities & Variable Contracts) a plus but not required.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Strong administrative background.
    • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
    • Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. 
    • Strong communication both verbally and in writing.
    • Must be proficient in English (Bilingual a Plus)
