    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    We are pleased to offer a unique position within our company. The Customer Service position is responsible for working closely with management, sales, office staff, technicians, customers, and vendors. That way, all aspects of new customer acquisition and existing customer base support are provided. You will work with Sales representatives and Sales Managers to support the efforts of the sales team. Additionally, you will work closely with the administrative team in the office to be a resource and provide aid and direction.

     

    DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

    • Assist customers, sales, and administrative staff with their needs or questions; Providing an excellent standard of Customer Service.
    • Work with sales staff to schedule and coordinate meetings and opportunities.
    • Attend weekly conference calls and meetings.
    • Manage marketing efforts.
    • Create accurate proposals, estimates, and quotes for the customers.
    • Maintain effective productivity and grow the business by meeting and exceeding set goals.
    • May be required to conduct out of town business or training.
    • Review of completed orders and projects to ensure projects are properly closed out and completed.
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • This is an hourly paid, full time (40 hours) role.
    • The position is NOT Door to Door, Business to Business, Or a call Center.
    • This position pays Hourly + Bonuses and incentives.
