ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are seeking an Assistant Account Manager to join our team! The candidate should be passionate, creative, and possess good communication skills. The candidate would be responsible for representing a brand image for our clients and assisting in customer retention. Previous experience in marketing is preferred but not required as we provide full training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Assist in promoting brand image and customer retention
• Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaign development
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Follow up with the customer acquired by the sales team as needed
• Assist in market analysis on products and services
• Stay up to date with new products and market trends.
