    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
    • Provide information about the products and services
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous customer service experience working in a fast paced environment
    • Experience using a person al computer and other automated systems
    • Experience handling cash/credit card transactions
    • Flexibility to work Monday-Friday - various time slots
    • Strong organizational, time management, problem solving and multitasking skills
    • Must have attention to detail, accuracy and complete assignments on time
    • Experience working in a team or group environment
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Criminal background check is required
    • ​​​​​Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
