Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous customer service experience working in a fast paced environment
- Experience using a person al computer and other automated systems
- Experience handling cash/credit card transactions
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday - various time slots
- Strong organizational, time management, problem solving and multitasking skills
- Must have attention to detail, accuracy and complete assignments on time
- Experience working in a team or group environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Criminal background check is required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
