    YOUR JOB.

    To lead our #1 performing niche: Health Sciences Higher Education which includes Colleges and Universities recruiting Deans, Associate Deans, and Program Directors for the following programs: Nursing, Physician Assistant, PT & PTA, OT & OTA, Psychology, etc. As of writing this, there are 16 active Contingent and Retained searches with several more on the way! You'll have an Associate Recruiter reporting in to you, with the opportunity to grow the team considerably.

    Primary responsibilities include:

    • Directly responsible for hiring, managing, and training a recruitment team (initially 1 employee with the potential to add several more)
    • Developing strategies to improve recruiter performance and add more clientele
    • Business Development (you'll have two employees supporting you with business development, and can expect 1-2 sales calls/week as a result of their efforts)
    • Account Management
    • Recruiting
    • Researching & testing new recruitment tools and technologies. We have a (semi) healthy obsession with this, and are always looking to get an edge. We currently invest in 13 paid tools ranging from LinkedIn Recruiter to Zoom Info to Seamless.ai

    Our research team has compiled a database of nearly every health sciences program in the country and built a massive database of relevant candidates. This is an established business line that's grown to $300,000 in 2021 from $0 in 2019, and we're confident the right leader can grow it to $1,000,000!

    COMPENSATION.

    A recruiter who hits their goal earns $100,000. You can imagine what a Manager who grows our most profitable division is capable of earning ;-)

    **QUALIFICATIONS.

    • Must be able to commute 1 day/wk to West LA.
    • Minimum of 2 years of eperience in Direct-Hire Recruitment for a search firm (sorry internal Talent Acquisition Managers, but we need a Manager who understands Headhunting)
    • Strong track record in Recruitment business development and account management
    • Management experience is a plus, but is not required!
    • A college degree (or lack of one) is not relevant. We simply want to hire a decent human being who cares about their team and getting results for their clients.
