Job Description:

We are in search of a talented and creative Social Media Designer to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Designer at 120 Degreez, you will be instrumental in shaping our online presence, leveraging your design skills to create captivating and engaging content for various social media platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to execute Mailchimp B2B email marketing initiatives, including establishing and maintaining automated journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop visually compelling and engaging content for our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

Collaborate closely with our marketing team to execute creative strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Create a wide range of multimedia assets, including graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos, to complement social media campaigns and posts.

Remain current with design trends, emerging platforms, and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Ensure a consistent and coherent brand identity across all our social media channels.

Monitor social media analytics to evaluate the performance of content and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate closely with our marketing team to execute Mailchimp B2B email marketing initiatives, including establishing and maintaining automated journeys.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a social media designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work in the realm of social media.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other pertinent design tools.

Knowledge of social media platforms, their functionalities, trends, and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting visually appealing content.
