Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a creative and versatile individual for a Graphic Design and Administrative Assistant position. Based in Downtown San Diego, this role requires a strong background in graphic design, digital and social media marketing, and experience in executing marketing initiatives for service-based businesses. Additionally, the role involves providing support to our executive team through administrative and data-entry projects, emphasizing attention to detail and time management.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
o Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual consistency and branding.
Digital and Social Media Marketing:
o Implement effective digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
o Manage social media accounts, curate engaging content.
Marketing Initiatives:
o Contribute to executing marketing strategies for service-based businesses.
o Analyze and optimize the performance of marketing initiatives.
o Initiate engagement efforts to increase the results of our marketing initiatives.
Data Entry and Administrative Support:
o Support the executive team with data-entry projects.
o Assist in organizing and managing various administrative tasks.
o Other duties as determined by management.
Qualifications:
o Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
o Proficiency in digital and social media marketing strategies.
o Experience in marketing for service-based businesses is a plus.
o Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
o Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
