    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a supportive role for our Operations and Marketing departments. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient office operations and accurate data management to facilitate the smooth functioning of our dynamic engineering firm.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide administrative support to the Operations and Marketing teams.

    Maintain organized filing systems for physical and electronic documents.

    Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

    Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and systems.

    Prepare and modify documents, including reports, drafts, and emails.

    Handle incoming communications, including answering and directing phone calls.

    Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members as needed.

    Assist in organizing and executing social media updates, management, and content creation.

    Support the development of marketing materials and presentations as needed.

    Assist in organizing company events, both internal and external.

    Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Other duties as determined by management.


    Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a relevant role.

    Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

    Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive, can-do attitude.

    Experience with marketing support and social media management is a plus.

    High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.

    Proficiency in digital and social media marketing strategies for service-based companies is advantageous.
