    AMOS- Associates in Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery is a full-scope oral surgery practice. We are looking for an exceptional addition to our team. Our ideal candidate would like to join a team where they can grow in their career skills surrounded by a patient-centric team. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM Full-time employees are eligible for medical, vision, dental, disability, basic life, and more. Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the front office to ensure smooth functioning • Provide friendly and professional assistance to patients, visitors, and staff • Manage incoming phone calls, appointments, and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency • Ensure patient records are maintained accurately • Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment collection processes • Monitor and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment • Coordinate effectively with other departments to optimize workflow • Support administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and correspondence Qualifications: • Previous experience working as a dental receptionist or in a dental office is highly preferred • Demonstrated experience in office management or a related role is necessary • Proficiency in utilizing QuickBooks and other office software applications is required • Strong computer literacy skills are essential for this position • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are a must • Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities are critical • Capable of effectively managing calendars and schedules • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
