    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Agent Relationship Managers work hand-in-hand with our real estate agents and homeowners to engage and delight them with our product and service. This is the key client-facing role that brings our value proposition to life for our agent partners and homeowners.

    The major responsibilities include:

    • Build trusted relationships with real estate agents through cold calls, warm introductions, and participation in sponsored events (by brokers and AMWCo), including webinars and in-person meetings
    • Use all approved means of communication (phone, email, text, social media) to reach out to agents and homeowners to deliver our value proposition
    • Be the single point of contact for agents to drive their successful use of our tools as part of their business development strategy
    • Work with homeowners (both directly and in coordination with agents) to offer our product and finalize their transaction through closing
    • Use Salesforce and other standard tools to manage active pipelines of leads and opportunities through to closing the sale (both agents and homeowners)
    • Identify new opportunities for us to sell, promote, or merchandise our products; collaborate with the Marketing team to bring new ideas and opportunities to life
    • Work with Operations and Technology teams to identify ways to improve our delivery or integrate new functionality for agents and homeowners

     

    In this role, you will have a productivity and sales volume quota.

     

    A successful Agent Relationship Manager will be high-energy, self-motivated and have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. They will need to have strong aptitude for Salesforce and the tools we use to communicate with agents and homeowners. They will be customer-driven, and always strive to do the right thing for the customer and the business.

     

    The position requires an active Texas real estate license. Candidates who do not have an active Texas real estate license will be given 45 days to obtain their license (company sponsorship is available on a case-by-case basis).

     

    Compensation is a blend of base salary and commission based on production. There are no limits on commission.
