    Job Description

    ANALYGENCE is hiring a Publications Manager to support a DOD customer with management of publications and development of new publications. This position will use a workflow management system comprised of a set of online software tools.

    • Maintain official record set for AF/SG and FOAs.
    • Work in coordination with AF Policy, Plans and Resources Directorate, Air Force Departmental Publishing Office (AFDPO) and AF/SG Publications Change Manager and AF/SG Publication OPRs.
    • Coordinate, track and serve as a mandatory expert as well as a functional and technical writer expert for the publication process to OPR’s of AF/SG and DHA publications.
    • Ensure timely processing in accordance with the requirements of AFI 33-360, Publications and Forms Management to include tracking and assigning suspense for the biennial product review, and tracking of interim changes and guidance memoranda until their integration or conversion to an officially recognized, durable publication product (Air Force Policy Directive, AFI) is posted to Electronic publications.
    • De-conflict and coordinate updates of official publications when two or more SG directorates or divisions are coordinating parallel, but separate updates.
    • Track and coordinate the implementation of DoD issuances.
    • Coordinate the update of Headquarters AF (HAF) Mission Directive 1-48, The Air Force Surgeon General, in accordance with AFI 10-101, Format and Content of Mission Directives.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Must have a current DOD Secret clearance
    • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
    • 3+ years of experience with publications management
