Job Description

ANALYGENCE is seeking mission-driven professionals for a pending award supporting the 67th Cyberspace Operations Group (COG) and associated Cyberspace Operations Squadrons (315 COS, 352 COS, 390 COS and 305 COS). The 367 COS is tasked by Air Combat Command (ACC), 16th Air Force (16 AF)/Air Forces Cyber (AFCYBER), 67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW) and 67 COG (67 COG) to organize, train, equip, and present cyber capabilities under the program known as CRASH HEADER. The CRASH HEADER mission is growing with funded billets on-boarding FY21-24. A strong contractor work force is needed to bridge requirements until the unit’s manpower authorizations are funded, recruited, on-boarded, and fully trained until at least FY26.

• The SILO TECHNICIAN will coordinate with mission commanders, operators, analysts, mission support operations (MSO) personnel to assess operation risk levels.
• The Technician will provide input into Combatant Command Operational Plans as requested by the Combatant Commanders’ Joint Cyber Cells.
• The Technician will employ the Plan, Brief, Execute, and Debrief (PBED) methodology.
• The Technician will have sufficient technical knowledge to understand cyber capabilities, target vulnerabilities, and effects. (Reference Section 12, paragraphs 3-5).
• Required training or equivalent experience level: Linux+ or RHCSA.
• The Technician will have sufficient technical knowledge to understand virtualizations concepts and must be familiar with the VMware products such as ESXi and vSphere.
• The Technician must understand networking principles of routing, NAT, and traffic tunneling/encryption/encapsulation.
• Requires DOD Directive 8570.01 IA Baseline Certification Requirement for IAT Level II in order to enable elevated privileges. See the IA Baseline Certification Requirements table for IAT Level II at: https://www.imgva.com/8570-requirements.
• The Technician will conduct active defense of 91 COS mission system blue space to include defensive counter cyber operations and incident response activities.
• The Technician will operate, build, secure, and defend infrastructure as needed to meet operational demands.
• The Technician will have to undergo signature reduction management training and qualification. The training will be provided by the Government.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree OR over 14 years of experience with a BA/BS degree OR at least 18 years of experience without a degree
• IAT Level I, II and III certifications or equivalencies can replace some years of experience/education requirements
• Top Secret/SCI
