Job Description:

As a Starts Coordinator at Ancla Plumbing, you will play a vital role creating start up projects, scheduling, general data entry, and providing customer service in adherence to the highest quality standards. This role will work closely with administrative personnel fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and quality work. Your attention to detail and commitment to precision will be essential in creating homes that exceed our clients' expectations. * This is a hybrid position requiring both work at home and in office.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service with clients.

Scheduling and creating new start up projects.

Entering Invoices.

General data entry.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in clerical position, preferred construction experience.

Strong computer skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Maintain a professional appearance and working relationship with clients.
