    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    Our Veterinary Technician role is an integral part of the AADC team and works diligently with our Doctor, team, patients and clients to ensure a positive and helpful experienced for all involved.

    VETERINARY TECHNICIAN duties include patient restraint, assisting in patient exams,  procedures, facilitating examinations with the Veterinarian, performing discharges with clients, prescription refills, maintaining patient medical records, maintaining hospital cleanliness, working directly with client/patients, helping wherever needed, and ultimately facilitating an exceptional client service from start to finish.  

    REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION

    • EXPERIENCE AS A VETERINARY TECHNICIAN IN A VETERINARY CLINIC SETTING
    • EXPERIENCE HANDLING ANIMALS INCLUDING RESTRAINT, VENIPUNCTURE, CATHETER PLACEMENT, AND ASSISTING WITH VETERINARY PROCEDURES
    • High School Diploma or GED is required, CVT preferred
