    Job Description

    We are currently expanding our operations in Virginia and are looking to filling multiple Customer Service roles. Please be aware that this is a REMOTE - WORK FROM HOME ROLE.

    JOB SUMMARY/FUNCTIONS

    This is an entry level position which involves high visibility with top level leadership. Cross training will be in marketing strategies, team management, public relations, leadership development and business fundamentals. Experience working with teams and individuals to teach and train standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the desire to grow professionally and personally is preferred. Full training for this position is provided. Our ideal candidate is a person who is flexible, adaptable, and trainable. A person that is looking for a long-term career fit and to get their foot in the door with a growing company is important to us. Your job is to deliver and explain the permanent benefit packages that union members had negotiated for themselves and their families. No door to door sales, prospecting, or cold calling. You are responsible for scheduling and meeting with union members. Our company serves working families in Canada and the United States including Teamsters, Steelworkers, Carpenters, Electrical Workers, Pipefitters, SEIU, ATU, UFCW, etc. The company recently transitioned to a 100% VIRTUAL PROCESS allowing all of our reps to work from the comfort of their homes.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Successful candidates will be highly motivated; have proven leadership abilities, a customer service attitude, high integrity, a desire for professional development, a willingness to learn, and exceptional people skills. There is strong potential for growth and advancement for successful hires. Must be able to pass a background check.
