As an Appointment Setter, you will provide support to an enrollment specialist with AO Globe Life // AO South by calling Veterans and Labor Union Members, regarding their permanent benefits, and scheduling appointments for them to meet a Representative. Appointment setters will receive a list of Veteran and Labor Union Members who requested to be contacted regarding their benefits.

• Make high volume outbound phone calls.
• Clearly communicate thorough a script with the member to set an appointment to meet.
• Make a minimum number of phone calls each day.
• Set a minimum number of appointments per day for the AIL Agent.
• Create an excellent first impression and build quick phone rapport with the individuals.
• Schedule appointments for AIL Agent.
• Send emails to the Sales Representative once the appointment has been scheduled.
• Have a good work ethic, positive attitude and be coachable.

Q ualifications

• Prior phone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
• Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must live with in the United States.

Position schedule: Monday through Friday 3pm-9pm CST

Pay: $15/hr plus bonuses
