We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our first shift:

• First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Full-Time: Monday – Friday + Some Weekends Required

SUMMARY

This position will support the bottle Blow Molding Department on First Shift in an industrial manufacturing environment. The position will be based in an office within a manufacturing facility. The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the Blow Molding Department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record keeping and filing.

Ability to work independently.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Associates degree preferred, or comparable work experience.

One to two years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
